By accessing or using GlintGo's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

GlintGo provides a delivery logistics platform connecting laundry stores with independent couriers. We facilitate the scheduling, tracking, and management of deliveries but do not perform laundry services ourselves.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Store Responsibilities

Stores using GlintGo are responsible for the quality of their laundry services, accurate order preparation, and timely availability for courier pickups. Stores set their own pricing and service terms with customers.

5. Courier Responsibilities

Couriers are independent contractors, not employees of GlintGo. Couriers must handle all items with care, follow delivery instructions, and maintain professional conduct during deliveries.

6. Limitation of Liability

GlintGo is not liable for damages to laundry items, delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, or disputes between stores and customers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific delivery in question.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
